• most recent school report (if applicable)
• 2 recent id photos of the learner
• certified copies of parent or guardian id documents
• certified copies of 3 months recent payslips
• proof of address (lease agreement, electricity or water bill only)
• proof of residence from a councillor is not accepted
• medical aid card (front and back, if applicable)
